Savannah Guthrie releases emotional new plea as family says they're living a 'nightmare'

Savannah Guthrie is making another public plea for information about her mother, Nancy Guthrie, who disappeared from her Catalina Foothills home nearly six months ago.

In a video posted to Instagram Monday, the NBC “Today” anchor said her family remains in agony and that the disappearance has not become easier with time. She urged anyone who knows what happened to help the family find answers.

Guthrie appeared to address the person or people who may have information, asking them to make the right choice and tell investigators where to look for her mother. She said she believes it is never too late to do the right thing.

Nancy Guthrie, 84, disappeared Feb. 1. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department and FBI have said surveillance video showed a masked person outside her home before she vanished, leading investigators to believe she was abducted. No arrests have been made, and no suspects have been publicly identified.
