4 crafty Tucson events to spark your creativity this weekend

Tucson has four low-key creative events planned for July 24 to 26, including embroidery, flower pressing, rock painting, journaling and board games.

Libra & Thorn is hosting an embroidery workshop where participants can stitch a magical design featuring a cat, raven or frog. Supplies are included.

At HeeMee Coffee & Bakery, 800 E. University Blvd., Gather & Glow Club will lead a pressed-petals workshop. Attendees will make a hanging pressed-flower frame, with supplies and a complimentary pastry provided.

Hunter’s Kitten Lounge, 5319 E. Speedway, will offer rock painting with a range of colors and dotting tools. Another gathering from Jnk Jrnl Poetry and Pueblo Vida Brewing Co. will include junk journaling, board games and coloring.
