About Wildflower

Wildflower is a New American restaurant in Tucson's Casas Adobes area, serving lunch, happy hour, dinner, and dessert in an upscale setting. Its location on North Oracle Road includes patio seating and mountain views, giving the restaurant a setting suited to a casual meal, a planned dinner, or a gathering with friends. Wildflower also offers reservations, online ordering, group dining, gift cards, and a club that provides members with an offer toward a future visit.

The menu draws from a broad American culinary palette, with dishes organized into starters, salads, pasta, vegetables, fish, meat, and sides. Starters include grilled artichoke with simple aioli, steamed mussels with spicy Italian sausage, melted tomato, white wine, and grilled bread, and crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon, honey truffle glaze, Aleppo chile, and Parmesan gremolata. Other selections include sesame chicken potstickers, cold smoked salmon, spicy tuna with crispy rice, crisp calamari, and cilantro hummus served with grilled pita.

Salads range from a roasted beet chop with spinach, arugula, Fuji apple, blue cheese, bacon, pistachio, and raspberry vinaigrette to a lobster and artichoke salad with grilled asparagus, roasted tomato, crispy potato, and truffle vinaigrette. The pasta section includes spinach pappardelle with roasted chicken, short rib ravioli with truffle cream and roasted mushrooms, and a Bolognese made with garganelli pasta and whipped ricotta. For a vegetable-forward meal, the Mediterranean Market Bowl combines herb falafel, cucumber cashew tzatziki, crispy Brussels sprouts, sweet potato tahini, arugula, and za'atar.

The fish and meat offerings provide another view of Wildflower's range. Fish selections include Atlantic salmon with horseradish gratin and sherry glazed beet, grilled shrimp and avocado with black rice, quinoa, bok choy, and sesame ponzu, fish and chips, lemongrass skewered scallops, and ahi tuna poke with avocado, marinated cucumber, macadamia nut, Thai basil, and pineapple ponzu. Meat dishes include pan roasted chicken, pistachio crusted pork, New York strip, braised short rib, and a mesquite grilled Kobe cheeseburger with wild mushroom, caramelized onion, Swiss cheese, and aioli. Sandwiches such as the chicken salad sandwich and French dip offer more casual choices, while sides include truffle whipped potatoes, broccolini, mac and cheese, and truffle fries.

Wildflower's beverage program includes cocktails, zero proof drinks, beer, and a wine list organized by style. Cocktails include a seasonal sangria, watermelon spritz, signature Old Fashioned, Thai grapefruit martini, blood orange Paloma, spicy strawberry margarita, and Italian espressotini. Zero proof options include the Spring Fling with black cherry, pomegranate, lime, and ginger beer, along with the Cactus Flower made with watermelon, lime, mint, and Mediterranean tonic. The wine selection includes bubbles and Champagne, rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Albariño, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Malbec, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other varietals from Arizona and international wine regions.

Wildflower serves the Tucson community daily and offers weekday happy hour in the afternoon. Guests can make a reservation, order online, or contact the restaurant about group dining.
