The business began in 2002 as the fulfillment of owner Joan Parks' 30-year dream. After more than two decades as The Seasoned Woman, the store has entered a new chapter as Sage & Bloom Gifts. According to the store's announcement, the rebrand keeps the same owner and team while giving the business a name that reflects its continuing purpose. "Sage" honors the wisdom and care that have guided the store through the years, while "Bloom" represents renewal, beauty, and the joy of giving.
