Sonoran Ballet Academy is a Tucson dance school founded in October 2024 by Danielle and Liang Fu. The academy was created to provide holistic dance education for students at many stages, from beginners to aspiring pre-professionals and everyone in between. Its mission is to offer an encouraging environment where students can grow artistically and individually through dance, while sharing the art form's ability to inspire, empower, and transform lives.
Classical ballet is at the center of Sonoran Ballet Academy's training, with additional instruction in jazz and contemporary dance. The 2026 to 2027 school year is scheduled to begin August 10, with registration opening August 1.
