Solana Spanish Villas is a Tucson vacation rental property and guest ranch in the Tanque Verde Valley on the city's east side. The retreat combines furnished villas and casitas with shared outdoor spaces, a pool, and the character of a historic ranch property. Its accommodations include clean rooms, private patios, and friendly hosts, creating a setting for families, couples, groups, and guests looking for a desert stay with room to relax and gather.
The property's history reaches back to the 1920s, when the site was first inhabited, and it was developed further in the 1950s. According to Solana Spanish Villas, the grounds have witnessed the era of Arizona dude ranches and the evolution of the state's vacation culture. The site was once a working guest ranch and flower farm, and it was revived as Solana Guest Ranch and Spanish Villas in 2023. The property also features Conestoga glamping wagons planned for lodging, including one with a king bed and twin bunk beds and additional wagons with two queen beds.
