OnlyWings is a Tucson food truck founded by Cheyenne and Cruz Guzman, a couple whose shared restaurant experience led them to build a business around chicken wings. Cheyenne worked as a server and Cruz as a chef when they first began imagining a food truck together. They saved over time, keeping the idea alive until they were able to put a down payment on a custom truck and turn their plan into OnlyWings.

The original idea was not quite the same for both of them. Cheyenne imagined a Mexican food truck, drawing on Cruz's roots and the influence of his brother's restaurant. Cruz had another specialty in mind: chicken wings that were crispy, juicy, and covered in savory sauces. OnlyWings combines those ideas, pairing wings with Mexican-inspired flavors and toppings.

The menu centers on substantial wings served with a mix of flats and drumsticks. The business describes its sauces as thick and flavorful, while the wings are fried to stay crispy even after they are dressed with sauces and toppings. The mole poblano wings are covered in mole sauce and finished with sesame seeds, red onions, and queso fresco. The al pastor version is drizzled with an elevated adobo sauce and garnished with onions, pineapple, and cilantro. Another option combines chipotle mango wings with fresh mango and a chipotle-pineapple glaze.

One of the truck's distinctive offerings is the elote wing, inspired by the Mexican street snack. Cheyenne suggested the idea, and although Cruz was initially hesitant, it became OnlyWings' most popular offering according to the business's story. The wings include spicy mayo, corn, Tajin, cotija cheese, fresh lime juice, and jalapenos. Cruz also adds a sprinkle of cotija cheese to the wings as they are prepared, bringing another element of Mexican flavor to the order.

In Tucson, the cheerful baby-blue OnlyWings truck is usually found outside TraXide Taproom on weekends, where it is decorated with images of chickens and plates of wings. The business says customers can watch Cruz fry and finish orders at the truck. OnlyWings also offers catering and to-go orders.
