Additional services listed by the clinic include blood flow restriction therapy, cupping, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and a Parkinson's disease program. Its program offerings also include ACL injury prevention, arthritis care, oncology treatment, osteoporosis care, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction treatment.

Movement for Life's Tucson team includes physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and front office staff with backgrounds in clinical care, athletics, research, education, and community service. At the Fort Lowell and Tanque Verde locations, clinic director Lukas Tvedt, PT, DPT, OCS, treats patients ranging from young children to older adults, including recreational athletes and participants in baseball, mixed martial arts, ballet, golf, football, tennis, and volleyball. He holds a board certification in orthopaedics, has more than 13 years of outpatient clinical experience, and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Northern Arizona University. He also mentors licensed physical therapists through an orthopaedic residency program connected with Movement for Life and the University of Southern California.

Other members of the Fort Lowell team bring experience in sports, neurological care, pelvic health, adaptive athletics, and community health. Daniel Musselwhite, PT, DPT, ATC, works with student and recreational athletes and has clinical interests that include concussions, orthopaedics, and pelvic floor dysfunction. He is certified in dry needling and has pursued additional education in concussion management and pelvic health. Physical Therapist Assistant Alissa Rothpletz moved to Tucson in 2004 to attend the University of Arizona and has worked with adaptive athletics programs, wheelchair sports, and people with spinal cord injuries. Fernando Dominguez, PT, DPT, was raised in Douglas, Arizona, volunteered as a community health outreach worker in Mozambique through the Peace Corps, and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The George Washington University. Front office administrator Diana Doherty has made Tucson her home since moving from Louisiana in 1998.

Movement for Life also offers Everflex, a free digital physical therapy tool intended to provide self-help while patients wait for care. The clinic's services are available through its Tucson-area locations, including Fort Lowell, Oro Valley, and Tanque Verde, as well as the Green Valley location.
