As that business grew, the family moved to a larger location, followed by Jaime's Bar and Grill and Jet Market. The restaurant describes this as a multi-generational collaboration, with Jaime's grandchildren learning the kitchen trade through those earlier family businesses. Three decades later, the grandchildren returned to the kitchen with Jaime's Pizza Kitchen, carrying forward the family's focus on food and hospitality.
