Chad Carney moved to Tucson in 1988 and founded Millennium Electrical Systems in 1994 after working for a nightclub and audio video company. Brian Beezley, the operations manager, has more than 30 years of experience in low voltage communications technology and has held leadership positions in operations, service, installation, and fire security. Jim Casner began working with live performance audio while in high school, moved to Arizona in 2000, and has worked with Carney on commercial and residential projects for more than 20 years. Austin Miller developed an early interest in electronics integration and audio technology, influenced in part by an uncle who operated a high fidelity and home theater retail store.
